Located in the Côte des Bar, the small village of Polisy, in the Aube, is home to the Champagne house Corinne Moutard. Here, a quarter of the Champagne appellation is produced. There are 3 generations who are active in the vineyard to produce precious high quality vintages, where plots mainly composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot blanc are worked. Corinne Moutard began to vinify her harvests in 1985 and marketed her production under her own label from 1998.The cuvées of Corinne Moutard champagne exploit the entire range of grape varieties of the appellation, in brut, semi-dry and extra-brut, either as a blend or as a single varietal. All showcase the know-how of this quality House, and you will also appreciate the Champagne Rosé and the Vintage Champagnes.
