The Pajot Estate is located on the east hillside overlooking Eauze, the capital of Armagnac. The Barreau family has been promoting the estate for three generations. Our vineyard covers 60 hectares, divided between white grape varieties: Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Gros-Manseng and Sauvignon; and red grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon.
