Masterclass on Jerez-Xérès-Sherry wines at the École Oenovino in Paris on Thursday December 15 at 7:30 p.m. (about 2 hours). This masterclass will be presented by Franck Stofer DipWSET and Certified Sherry Educator. During this evening, different themes will be discussed, starting with the long history of this wine region in southern Spain, production techniques, the different types of Sherry and the main food and wine pairings. 6 Jerez-Xérès-Sherry wines will be tasted and accompanied by specific appetizers for each wine, in order to better understand the multitude of possible pairings by type of wine, because Sherry is above all a gastronomic wine.
