history The idea of JNPR is to have a drink more adapted to our time, which can provide the same emotions as alcohol, without any other consequences. During a trip to the United States, Valérie, the founder, experiences a much more varied offer of drinks, with subtle tastes, natural ingredients, and properties that make them true allies of everyday life. The first reflections around JNPR have just germinated. In the course of her research, she discovered that during the seventeenth century, distilled juniper berry and other plants and spices such as coriander seed, were highly sought after, renowned in particular for their medicinal properties. Non alcoholic gin She meets Flavio Angiolillo, a renowned bartender in Milan, including owner of the "1930 cocktail bar", ranked among the 50 best bars in the world, and together they think about the best way to continue this tradition by setting themselves an additional challenge: to preserve, even without alcohol, excellent mixology properties. After months of reading, research, testing and dating, JNPR was born.
