Hand-harvested grapes for high quality wines Respecting the ancient winemaking traditions, the staff of Bodegas y Viedos del Jalon grows a wide range of grapes on the 650 hectares of vineyards, which represent about 20% of the entire name of Calatayud. They grow grenache, syrah and tempranillo, as well as high-quality macabeo.
