My name is Juliette, I'm 23 years old, and I define myself as an “oenophile pastry chef”. On leaving my studies, I discovered a vocation allowing me to combine my expertise in pastry, my passion for wine, and my love of sharing. Graduated with a Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship specializing in pastry at the French gastronomy school Ferrandi, I learned my skills in beautiful houses such as the Hotel Matignon, the Royal Monceau, and the Château Lagrange. “Vins & Pâtisseries” is the most sincere expression of what drives me today. My mission: to welcome you into my universe, to make you discover my way of sublimating the two French arts of wine and pastry.
