Nestled in a 21-hectare green setting built in the 18th century, it was sometimes school, sometimes post office, sometimes farm... It will finally be converted in 2016 into a guest house and will be called "The Gardens of Soulane" in reference to the place called "La Soulane".

This pleasant cottage is perfect for 2 or 4 people depending on the number of rooms booked (1 or 2 rooms).

It consists of a large living area of 37m2 including the dining room (table and 5 chairs), the living room (2 and 3 seaty sofas, flat screen TV) and the super equipped kitchen.

Guests can take advantage of the beautiful 35m2 private terrace to relax and share meals. It is south-facing and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. 2 sun loungers will allow you to rest

The apartment offers both all the necessary equipment and comfort thanks to its reversible air conditioning (for living and for the rooms), coolness in summer and mild heat in winter. An internet connection is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen consists of a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, induction taques, an oven, a hood, a percolator, storage furniture, a Nespresso coffee machine...

Maintenance equipment is also provided: bucket, mop, raclette, brush, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dryer.

The two bedrooms (31m2 each) include a 180/200 double king size bed (flexible into 2 twin beds of 90/200). Their dressing rooms provide their accessories and all the space they need.

Their respective bathrooms each open onto a colorful Italian concrete shower and include a natural stone clasp on a large worktop and a hairdryer.

Each room is also equipped with separate toilets, electric shutters, a refrigerator-mini-bar, a safe, tea service, a flat-screen TV and an internet connection.
