Guided tour of the cellar, we will share with you, our working philosophy, the beginnings and the process of manual preparation of our wines and cavas. And we will end with a tasting of the most emblematic and selected wines and cavas from our cellar.
It is possible to buy home-made products at exclusive cellar prices.

2017 - Origen de la viña
Variedades de uva: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon y 20% Merlot.

ELABORACIÓN
La elaboración se realiza por variedades separadas, debido a que tienen diferente tiempo de maduración. Una vez decidido el punto óptimo, entramos la uva a la bodega. La maceración-fermentación se realiza simultáneamente junto con las semillas y su piel, a una temperatura de 24-26ºC, para obtener la máxima materia colorante y taninos que darán parte del color y aportará los taninos necesarios de la longevidad del vino. Antes de terminar la fermentación, el sangrado y la pasta la prensamos para dar estructura y tenacidad. Finalizada la fermentación, provocamos la malo láctica transformando el ácido málico en láctico, obteniendo más suavidad del vino. Una pequeña clarificación y lo ponemos en barricas de roble durante 18 meses.
finalmente hacemos la mezcla para obtener la máxima expresión, una filtración suave y al final su embotellado.

NOTA DE CATA
Vista: color cereza oscura, matices de teja.
Nariz: aroma potente, muy elegante, notas especiadas.
Boca: elegante, carnoso suave, taninos maduros.

MARIDAJE
Temperatura de consumo de 16 – 18ºC.
Es aconsejable para carnes rojas, de caza, quesos curados, azules. Pasteles de chocolate.

MUSCAT D’ALEXANDRIA 2018 - ORGÀNIC Vino joven mono
varietal 100% con uvas de la variedad moscatel. ELABORACIÓN
La elaboración es varietal. En primer lugar hay una previa maceración
con el grano de la uva durante 12 horas a una temperatura de 10-12 º C. Seguidamente se trasvasa y lo hacemos fermentar en tanques de
acero inoxidable a una temperatura controlada de 14-16 º C. Una vez
ha fermentado, hay una clarificación suave y estabilización, procediendo a la filtración y embotellado. ANALÍTICA

NOTA DE CATA
Vista: amarillo pálido, reflejos verdosos. Nariz: aromas de flores blancas, frutos carnosos de melocotón. Boca: suave, estructura larga recuerdos de uva de fruta blanca y floral. MARIDAJE
Temperatura de consumo de 5-6 º C. Es aconsejable para el pescado, mariscos, cocteles, salmón, melón

Since the end of the nineteenth century, the Cuscó i Esteve family has practiced the viticulture producing their own wines and cavas. It was in 1985 when Josep Cuscó Berga and his sons succeeded, with great dedication and spirit of improvement, the current winery building. A winery with a modern design and exceptional conditions for producing great wines and recently expanded. It is located in the small village of Les Gunyoles d’Avinyonet, located in the eastern part of el Penedès. This beautiful place offers visitors a nice tour through the old town, where stands a Roman tower which is from the II century, originally a Roman monument in the Middle Ages served as lookout and defense due to its excellent location, well as the parish church of St. Salvador de Les Gunyoles, builded as early as the tenth century and years later passed into the hands of the Templars, who populated it and built a fort in 1160. You can also enjoy one of the most charming landscapes of the region of Penedès. The visitor will be surprised with the spectacular view of the natural park of the Garraf that can be seen from the newer part of the winery.
