A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKER Grangeneuve was created 50 years ago by my parents, Odette and Henri BOUR. How far we have come since the begi....
We own 36 hectares of vineyards classified in A.O.C including 21 of Côtes du Rhône Village RASTEAU and 15 hectares of Côtes du Rhône Village CAIRANNE.
Our red CDR Village RASTEAU from vines in hillsides with optimal sunshine, gives a powerful and colorful wine that expresses itself fully after a few years of ageing. Our red CDR Village CAIRANNE from clots gives a less sustained wine but develops more fruity aromas.
We will be delighted to welcome you on a visit to our estate to introduce you to the history of our estate, the work done in the vineyards, the stages of the process of making our wines followed by a tasting of several of our vintages.
Looking forward to welcoming you

Introducing the Wilfried Estate Wine growers Rasteau Cairanne Vaucluse Owner harvesting for 5 generations, our Charavin-Pouzoulas family produces rasTEAU and CAIRANNE red wines as well as natural sweet wines (V.D.N) Golden Rasteau in respect of the wine traditions of the region, each generation bringing its modern touch. DOMAINE WILFRIED is a 36-hectare winery spread over the municipalities of Rasteau and Cairanne. (Cairanne is a village located 2 km from Rasteau). This proximity allows us to offer our customers a wider range of wine. The terroir RASTEAU: The climate is Mediterranean, southern exposure of the hillsides, slightly protected from the Mistral. Soils; browns and limestones, skeletal soils on marls and red soils on sandstone. Rasteau owes its first fame to its red and gold Natural Sweet Wines, which were classified as A.O.C after 1944. Rasteau was awarded Côtes du Rhône Village in 1966 for its red wines. CAIRANNE: The climate is of the classic Mediterranean type. Soils; red soils on sandstone, clay terraces and skeletal soils including many sandy mollasses. Cairanne was consecrated Côtes du Rhône Village in 1953. See less
