Amazed and passionate about the old-fashioned agricultural world since childhood, my attachment to the land has been stronger than parental ambitions. After my engineering studies, I became a winemaker with the dream of revising the production method of the vine.
I spent the last fifteen years of my life observing my vineyard and seeing how the balance of our cropland had been broken by decades of chemical cultivation.
I heard the story that my vines told, their sufferings too. I then chose to reverse the trend, to put life back into my soils, to repair the natural chains of food. To achieve this I decided to recreate a vast natural space, balanced, varied, free from any chemical or industrial influence.
I invite you to discover our wines, fruits of this quest, and live strong gustatory emotions, marked by the imprint of man and the earth.
Rules and conditions
The visits indicated at the rate of 1 € mean that they are carried out free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker blocking a visit slot unnecessarily. And if the tasting has satisfied you, the purchase of wine (on site or in home delivery) will reward the work of the winemaker! We encourage you to at least buy a bottle when a visit/tasting has been offered to you free of charge.
In case of cancellation, we thank you for cancelling your visit to the platform, which will immediately notify the winemaker.
The confirmation of your reservation by the winemaker is imperative to validate your visit.

The Gaillac region has been home to the cultivation of vines since ancient times, more than 2000 years ago. Its vineyard existed even before the birth of the city in 972. The Gaillac appellation is the oldest in the South West region. It is synonymous with rich, diversified terroirs and obtained in 1938 the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, guarantee of typicity and quality of the wines. Château Les Vignals is located in Cestayrols, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, on the first coasts of the right bank. Historically it was one of the first estates to work organically in the 80s. After returning for some time to a conventional agricultural system, a new team is reconnecting with the past of the Vignals by obtaining the Organic Agriculture label in 2013. See less
