During this experience, we will take you to our vineyards where we will present our winery, the terroir and the local grape varieties in a relaxing setting.
Then, we will take you to our wine cellar to explain the processes of making our wines.
Finally, you will enjoy a guided tasting of 5 wines of the estate of your choice in our tasting cellar, on the 3 colors (pink, white and red).

In the middle of the twentieth century, the estate still exploited nearly 300 hectares of vines and produced huge volumes of wine in view of the old vats still present on the site. In 2016 the vineyard was only 11 hectares. In addition to this, you need to know more about it. It was then that Richard and Sophie, his wife, took over the Estate. After 30 years spent in new technologies, they decided to sell their business, to leave their urban way of life in the Paris region to live as close as possible to nature, between vineyards and scrubland. Passionate about sustainable development, they fell in love with this magnificent wine estate surrounded by beautiful wild nature with scents of thyme and lavender. And they wanted their vineyard to comply with the principles of biodynamics: reasoned, clean and environmentally conscious viticulture. In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
