Learn how to distill gin in an authentic and atypical place! Several botanicals will be selected to be able to develop a unique recipe distilled in a traditional copper still. Each participant will make their own recipe IN THEIR OWN STILL! (Unique in France). Enough to let all your creativity express itself!
During the production: visit the premises and taste a cocktail with GIN of course!

A few years ago, we embarked on the realization of a real project of heart, to create a range of beers and spirits in the purest tradition. These two activities respond wonderfully and the field of exploration of these two universes so complementary is infinite... We wanted to work with lively and authentic products (refermented in bottle for the brewing part and most of the time from a double distillation for stronger alcohols). The raw materials used are local or national and all from Organic Farming. Our products are unique (each product is unique), we pay particular attention to the selection of ingredients and the balance of flavors. The spirits from the Brasserie Distillerie du Cabestan are specialty and tasting products. Our spirits are refined, aged, and rectified with patience and respect for ancestral techniques. Giving the product time to develop all its fragrances, flavors and subtleties is, in our opinion, one of the secrets of a successful alcoholic beverage. See less
