Domaine Drouhin-Laroze - Chapelle-Chambertin - 2019 - Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru

Red

Description

Limpid and brilliant, the Domaine's Chapelle-Chambertin has a woody vanilla nose with a fine floral touch. In the mouth, it
responds to elegance, finesse and nobility thanks to its controlled and subtle tannin. Its aromatic finesse evokes
fruits, spices and wood. The purity of his line gives him a lot of style. Its tannin is soft and supple. We
however, we are called to order by its complexity and the mineral liveliness that tightens the finish.

Know a bit more about the domain

The generations have succeeded each other since the birth of the Domaine. Caroline and Nicolas Drouhin, children of Christine and Philippe, represent the sixth.
In 1850, Jean-Baptiste LAROZE created a vineyard in Gevrey Chambertin.
His son, Félix LAROZE, succeeded him, then Suzanne Laroze, his daughter.
In 1919 the latter married Alexandre DROUHIN, owner in Chambolle-Musigny. The combination of these two beautiful heritages creates the prestigious Domaine Drouhin-Laroze.
