The Domaine de l'Ours Bleu is located in the Loire wine region, on the top of the hillside of Montsoreau. It extends over 14 hectares cultivated 100% organically.
the wines of the wine estate are produced in the Saumur Champigny, Saumur and Chinon appellations, made with chenin and cabernet-franc.
The presence of a wide variety of terroirs and microclimates allows the wines to offer a unique typicity depending on the plots.
