The vineyards, guardians of this garden, take you on a walk where tradition and modernity come together skilfully for the pleasure of the senses.
It is punctuated by several achievements that decline the themes of wine and the environment. To discover without moderation: the arbor, the tree house, the pergola, the garden of scents ...
And finally the Viella Castle, an imposing eighteenth-century building that has just been renovated.
It now houses under its vaults a superb aging cellar now open to the visit.
You can then relax in the park of the castle, and why not picnic there enjoying the breathtaking view offered by the Gers hillsides, with the Pyrenees as a backdrop?

For visits at 1€, this means that they are carried out free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid blocking a visit slot unnecessarily.
In case of unforeseen events, we thank you by correction for cancelling your visit to the platform.

At Château de Viella, we have been winegrowers from father to son for 3 generations. But for a few years now, the profession has been transmitted from father to daughter, because it is at the side of our parents that with my sister Marion we strive to represent the continuity of the field. The Castle of Viella was bought by my great-grandfather, when he emigrated from Italy; it was in ruins, in the middle of the vineyards. See less
