• What is Winebnb?

Winebnb is a market place for wine tasting and wine tourism. With Winebnb, you can create and upload your own tastings, offer to sell your wines, create a wine event or an accommodation offer always related to the field of wine, beer & spririt!

 

• Who can offer their offers and how do I create my account?

Whether you are a professional, an individual, a sommelier, a wine bar manager, a restaurant owner, a wine merchant, etc. appointment on the home page, registration section and let yourself be accompanied! In less than 5 minutes, your ad is online and visible to thousands of winelovers!

 

How much does it cost ?

The platform charges a 12% commission on all completed transactions. If you suggest a visit. Concretely: you offer a visit to the estate at 10 €. A commission of € 1.2 will be retained before transfer (automatic as long as you have correctly entered your IBAN in your supplier area and sent your KYC documents)

 

  • Are the transactions secure?

 

Payment transactions are handled by a Payment Institution (Mango Pay) authorized to process transactions in compliance with current security standards (data encryption, authentication, etc.). At no time is winebnb aware of the information.

 

• What is the expiry date for a reservation request?

A reservation request expires after 48 hours if the owner has not responded to the request.

 

• What happens if my reservation request has expired?

This means that the host was unable to take your reservation into account and automatically goes into "canceled". The site automatically sends the provider a reminder to let him know that he must systematically accept / refuse any reservation request.

 

When will I be credited for my benefits?

When a reservation is validated, it means that the user has paid for the service by payment card on our site. The funds are then confined to an account specifically opened by us with the company MANGOPAY SA in accordance with our T & Cs. Two days after the completion date of the service, and provided that the host has entered his RIB in his user area, the funds are automatically transferred to the beneficiary.

You will be credited and sent your identity information (for an individual) and your Kbis + status (for a professional).

 

• Can the money collected be withheld by Winebnb?

 

As a real market place, winebnb uses the financial services of Mango Pay to assign each user a dedicated payment account. Winebnb does not have the technical (or legal) capacity to channel the funds received from suppliers in its favor. Winebnb only has the ability to temporarily block an outgoing transfer only in the event that the beneficiary has not provided their identity information or in the event that a user has made a complaint.

 

 

• How do I send a message to a host?

You can easily contact a host on their announcement page and chat with them via internal messaging. For reasons of security, guarantees and insurance, we recommend that you do not carry out transactions outside the site.

 

• Can I pay in the currency of my choice?

Winebnb is a site with winelover users from all over the world. It is available in 5 languages ​​(English, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese) and allows prices to be displayed in many currencies. The selection of languages ​​/ currencies is done at the top right of the site.

 

• What happens if the bottle is corked?

Wine is not an exact science and sometimes there are good and bad surprises when you open a bottle! Be understanding with your host who will be able to make you a proposal either with the same bottle or with an equivalent bottle.

 

 

• Is there a minimum / maximum number of participants required?

The minimum or maximum number of participants required for a reservation is set by the host in the settings related to your ad.

 

• How do I calculate the price of my evening as a host?

The supplier is entirely in control of setting the price he wishes for his service, whether for a tasting, a sale of bottles, accommodation or any type of wine experience.

 

• Can I organize or participate in a tasting / evening as a minor?

No one under the age of 18 can use Winebnb's services as long as there is alcohol consumption. We invite you to refer to the regulatory provisions in force in each country.

 

• Can I book a tasting in another name than mine?

All reservations must be made in the name of the participant who, for greater security, must present themselves with a document attesting to their identity. Even though our T & Cs specify that tastings are not allowed for minors, we invite suppliers to ensure that the legal age is respected in case of doubt.

 

• What are the cancellation conditions?

Accommodation cancellation policy:

- "Strict" cancellation

         - If the applicant cancels <14 days, then 0% will be refunded

         - If the applicant cancels> 14 days, then 70% will be refunded

- Cancellation "Relax"

         - If the applicant cancels <14 days, then 50% will be refunded

         - If the applicant cancels> 14 days, then 100% will be refunded

 

Cancellation policy Public tasting:

- "Strict" cancellation

         - If the applicant cancels <5 days, then 0% will be refunded

         - If the applicant cancels> 5 days, then 90% will be refunded

- Cancellation "Relax"

         - If the applicant cancels <5 days, then 80% will be refunded

         - If the applicant cancels> 5 days, then 100% will be refunded

 

Cancellation policy Private tasting:

- "Strict" cancellation

         - If the applicant cancels <3 days, then 0% will be refunded

         - If the applicant cancels> 3 days, then 90% will be refunded

- Cancellation "Relax"

         - If the applicant cancels <3 days, then 90% will be refunded

         - If the applicant cancels> 3 days, then 100% will be refunded

 

• What happens if I discover that the hosting service offered does not match the offer?

Do not panic ! We recommend that you first discuss and come to an agreement with your host. If, despite this step, you still have a point of disagreement, we advise you to contact our user support hotline and we will quickly find a solution for you. To do this, go to the "contact us" section

 

• What happens if I shorten my stay for personal reasons?

If you shorten your stay for personal reasons, the cancellation conditions remain those set at the time of your reservation (Strict or flexible). Note, however, that you can exceptionally request a gesture from your host who is the only one with the ability to change the financial terms of the reservation. Also note that certain insurances provided for in your payment card contract or in your personal liability coverage may under certain conditions cover your costs for the total or partial cancellation of your stay.
