Description
The estate now represents more than 36 ha in total including 30 ha in production including many old vines, in particular, 7 ha of carignan. The vineyard is cultivated in organic farming; the vitality of the soil and the balance of the vineyard are priorities, so as to promote their durability and the character of the wines. The vineyard of Faugères spreads out on the tormented relief of the last foothills of the Cévennes north of Béziers.
It is a small appellation on a terroir of schist, the soils are very filtering and not very fertile and the vine plunges deep its roots to find the constituent elements of great wines.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done in the vineyard, then that done in the winemaking to finish with the aging of the wines.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our champagnes.

The visits at 1€ mean that they are carried out free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.
