Antoine Lienhardt is the rising star of natural wines in Burgundy. In love with his soils, he works his vines in biodynamic agriculture and does not use any additives during the winemaking process in order to draw out the essence of his grapes.
Come meet this wine lover during the grape harvest in Burgundy, between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
This all-inclusive day features:
Visit the vineyards and harvest grapes.
Visit the winery with the winemaker, who will explain the winemaking process of organic and natural wines (without any additives).
Tasting of the harvested grape juice.
Lunch in a gourmet restaurant in Côte de Nuits.
Bike tour in the vineyards, where we will present the history of Burgundy through its traditions and its Terroirs.
Tasting of 5 wines from the Domaine, directly in the vineyards where they are produced.
We will pass through Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne Romanée with a stop at the Cross of Romanée-Conti. (We'll tell you about the whole history of this mythical domaine).
Visit of the Château du Clos de Vougeot.
Return to the estate for a dinner with the winemaker and the entire harvest team.
You will leave with a bottle from the Domaine personalized in your name.
