Anxious to share its passion for land and wine, Domaine Rolet invites you to discover the diversity of Jura wines around a tasting of the wines it produces.
Thanks to our sommeliers, you can also learn more about the richness and diversity of the Jurassic terroirs, the work of the vines, the breeding and the art of tasting.
Our tastings can be accompanied by local deli and cheese boards on request.
Rules and conditions
June: Thursday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
July/August: daily 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-7pm
Winter: daily from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., except December 25 and January 1

Domaine Rolet is one of the jewels of the Jura vineyard and its wines showcase all the richness of the terroir through the wide range of Jura grape varieties. In white, Chardonnay (the most widely planted grape in the Jura) and Savagnin (grape of the prestigious yellow wine). In red, Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir. A pioneer in single-varietal red cuvées, Domaine Rolet has always enjoyed great notoriety for all of its wines, with informed amateurs and the French and international press. Only meticulous work in the vines, small yields, the courageous search for optimal maturation, allow us to produce very great wines and these are many requirements that we set ourselves daily at Domaine Rolet.
