Description
We await discerning wine lovers in our family cellar, where in addition to the traditional varieties of Badacsony (blue stem, respectful of gray), you can also taste other Hungaricums (sheep's tail, Buda green). as wine specialties. The main assets of the cellar are the wines from late harvests and crushed grapes, as well as the unique ice wine from Badacsony. Our wines perform beautifully in local and national wine competitions, our family has twice won the title of "Master of Balaton Wines".
The cellar is entirely family-run. The grapes are cultivated by István and Attila, and they also produce and process wines. Attila's mother, Erika, the lab, and his wife, Eva, paint the bottles as the wines are sold in hand-painted bottles.
We also offer accommodation to our guests who wish to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment, in beautifully furnished double and family apartments. We expect families and groups of friends in Badacsony above the wine cellar from May to October, and in picturesque Szigliget all year round. The rooms have a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a well-kept garden and a closed car park.
We also accept SZÉP cards and Elizabeth vouchers.
Then you will be entitled to a tasting where you can choose to taste wines in the tasting room or among the vines

WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE! The Németh Cellar is farmed in the Badacsony wine region, on about two hectares of vineyards. In the family, viticulture and wine production have a tradition dating back generations. Our offer includes the traditional Hungarian breeds (blue-stemmed, Buda green, rosewood, sheep's tail) as well as some world breeds (gray-friendly, ottonel muscat, Italian Riesling and Rhine Riesling). The main prides of the cellar are the wines made from late-harvested, crushed grapes, as well as the unique ice wine from Badacsony. Our wines perform beautifully in both local and national wine competitions, our family has twice won the title of "Master of Balaton Wines". The cellar is entirely family run. Attila’s mother, Erika the lab, and his wife, Eva, paint the bottles as the wines are sold in hand-painted bottles. Attila also sells and markets. The youngest generation Anna, Jázmin and little Attila were born into the family business, we hope to be the one to carry on the traditions.
