Description
It is in the Dawn, in the Côte des Bar and more precisely in Celles-sur-Ource, that our family farm is located.
For several generations, we have been cultivating traditional Champagne grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay) not to mention our roots with the Pinot Blanc called "Pinot Blanc Vrai" (champagne exception).
Our Champagnes and Coteaux Champenois reflect all our know-how and passion for this exceptional product that is Wine.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.
