Description

The winery, surrounded by the beautiful hills of the province of Pescara and its own vineyards, has become a must for any wine lover who wants to know part of the history of wine in Abruzzo. The cellars are a jewel of underground architecture: here the Montepulciano wine of Abruzzo, pride of the Bosco family, rests and ripens in large Slavonia oak barrels, in new barrels and in bottles perfectly aligned along the special tunnels for aging.
The Bosco Nestore winery produces not only wines based on Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, but also award-winning white wines (Chardonnay, Pecorino, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo) and rosé wines (Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo).
We are delighted to welcome you to make you discover the estate and its history and the work done for our wines!
Looking forward to seeing you again

The company Bosco Nestore was founded in 1897 on the hills of Castellammare Adriatica, and is now located in Nocciano, protected on one side by the Massif de la Maiella and on the other by the Gran Sasso. The Bosco Nestore Cellars, surrounded by the splendid hills of the Pescara hinterland and surrounded by their own vineyards, are a must for any wine lover who wants to know part of the history of Abruzzo wine. The Cellars are actually a jewel of underground architecture where the pride of the Bosco family, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, rests and matures among large Slavonia oak barrels, small barrels and niches for perfectly aligned bottles. But not only red wines based on Montepulciano d'Abruzzo are part of bosco Nestore's production, but also remarkable and award-winning white wines (Chardonnay, Pecorino, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo) and rosé wines (Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo). The care that the Bosco family, now in its fourth generation, puts into the production of its wines and the management of the company, is reflected in each product. The name Bosco is linked to a quality viticulture but always with a fair relationship with the price, to allow everyone to enjoy a piece of Abruzzo. The Bosco Nestore winery, born in 1897 on the hills of Pescara, formerly known as Castellammare Adriatica, is now located in Nocciano, protected on both sides by the mountains of Maiella and Gran Sasso.
