We make this delicious alcohol-free aperitif in a craft brewery... of kefir. Some brew beer, others wind, we brew kefir.
No alcohol, no gluten, a different taste but we live the same kif
Our production device is almost the same as for a craft beer brewery but unlike beers we do not use cereals at all, which makes our kefir a gluten-free product! Our Brewery is located in Floirac in the Urban Community of Bordeaux, come and visit us.

The 1€ tours mean that they are made free of charge by the Brasserie. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and to avoid the Brewery blocking a visiting slot unnecessarily.
