Description
We distill our malts in the Saint-Palais distillery, a joint venture of the Giraud family and the Nau family, which has been distilling cognac since 1830. Through this partnership, nearly three centuries of experience in the spirits field are pooled to create unique French whiskies while overseeing every step of the way.
Selected malts
In addition to our malts whose production is of the most rigorous, our master assemblers extend their range by selecting other high quality single malts throughout the country. These single malts that we raise from day one complete our production to give birth to the unique blends that make the reputation of Alfred GIRAUD whisky.

The 1€ tours mean that they are made free of charge by the distillery. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.
