Description
Enjoy an unforgettable experience in Parés Balta while walking among the vineyards and discovering the virtues of biodynamic farming, learning how we elaborate our wines combining ancestral and modern techniques in the barrel room and the cava cellar and finally, exploring a wide range of flavors and aromas through a commented wine tasting.
The visit includes a walk in the vineyards and an introduction to the biodynamic farming, a visit in the barrel room and learn how they elaborate their wines, a visit in the cava cellar and discover how we produce cava and a guided tasting of their biodynamic wines and cavas : 1 cava, 1 white and 2 reds + their Extra Virgin Olive Oil served with a little snack of fuet and manchego cheese.
