The "Joly Champagne" house has been a family property for several generations where know-how and traditions have been perpetuated since the creation of the estate in 1953 by Gilbert and Annette JOLY and their parents.
Today the farm is run by Remy and Patricia, as well as their children Aurélien and Maximilian.
The vineyard of Joly Champagne is made up of 14 hectares of vines spread over 45 small plots, located in the best hillsides on the villages of Troissy, Verneuil, Chatillon-sur Marne and Mareuil the port.
Our terroir is conducive to the Pinot Meunier grape variety, which represents 75% of our vine area, it appreciates the marl clay-limestone soils and the richness of the relief of the Vallée de la Marne. The latter produces fruity wines of great finesse.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.
