Description

Winegrowers from father to son for five generations, our family imprints its character both by the care given to the vines and by those carried out in winemaking.

The origins of the family farm date back to 1957, with an expansion of the vineyards over the generations and a steady improvement in the operating conditions that today bring Belin champagnes to the image they wish to embody: character, friendliness and benevolence in warm relationships between our partners and our customers.
Our vineyard is located on the sunny slopes of the communes of Essôme-sur-marne, and Aulnois. For a good diversity, we cultivate the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is the blends of these three Champagne grape varieties, which give the typicity of Champagne wines.

But it is with us in particular the miller who will distinguish himself in this clayey terroir so specific to the West Marne Valley, giving it in tasting very particular fruity and mineral notes.

We will welcome you in our tasting area to understand and discover the elaboration of Champagne made by an artisan winemaker, during a visit to the facilities of Belin Champagnes.

The commented tasting lasts about an hour and includes the tasting of at least one cuvée from the BELIN Champagnes range.
Looking forward to welcoming you soon,

The origins of the family farm date back to 1957, when Henri Planson decided to stop farming to devote himself to viticulture. In 1970, the farm expanded with the arrival of Jeanine, daughter of Henri Planson and her husband, Gérard Belin. In 2012, Olivier focused on the deployment of tillage, towards responsible viticulture. In 2019, Olivier completely rethinks the reception area with an interior designer specializing in commercial spaces. The welcome is friendly, bright and warm, and becomes a place of tasting for professionals and individuals. See less
