It all started for the Ambix Distillery in 2012 in the heart of the Alps in the south of Grenoble, in Vizille. In order to achieve a buried dream, Laurent Pernet embarked on the world of distillation and launched his activity of creating local and artisanal products designed according to ancestral methods. Eaux-de-vie and liqueurs appear side by side on the shelves of a shop in Vizille, and the crepement of wood is heard in the three century-old stills fed with wood fire and life fire present in the distillery. This alchemist's work has allowed the Ambix Distillery to develop new products such as honey brandy or raspberry liqueur, but also more classic alcohols such as Williams pear, Mirabelle or Génépi.
