Description
An informed amateur, you want to immerse yourself in our vineyard and its backstage, understand our philosophy, our methods and better understand the wine ecosystem that we cherish... Accompanied by our ambassador, follow in the footsteps of the winemaker to discover the terroir. On the way, observe the vine and the characteristics of the soil, then in the cellar discover the gestures and challenges of winemaking and ageing. This is an exclusive tour because its content is defined according to the seasons, days and the work of the winemakers.
After this initiatory visit that includes a barrel or amphora tasting, it's time to taste four wines including Château Fleur de Lisse and Fontfleurie, our Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. The tasting is accompanied by a gourmet plate.

Bien-Aimée de Fleur de Lisse naturally finds its place in the Saint-Emilion appellation. Selected for their fruitiness and freshness, the grapes generally come from our young parcels that have been certified organic since 2020 and cultivated in Biodynamic methods.
The blend between Merlot and Cabernet Franc evolves according to the vintage, in search of a balance always successful.
It is a cheeky, round and warm wine designed for palates in search of gourmet pleasure, the wine offers roundness, freshness and harmony, with a slight touch of cheekiness. The aromas of red fruits and the beautiful tannic structure persist in the finish, leaving the taster with a clear idea: this is a rare gem!
