We are convinced that in order to enhance the land we must believe in it and spare no effort to enable it to unleash its full potential. That's why we breed the vine following a pruning system in Guyot, reducing the amount of grapes produced to increase its quality.
The result is good, healthy and ripe bunches, subsequently treated with soft squeezing and modern winemaking techniques. The refinements take place in steel or wood.
Since 2016 all our products are BIO certified.
