Description
In Napa, California, the pinot vineyard on the property of David Harmon founder of it, is chemical-free. The grapes are harvested by hand exclusively at night when the juice chemistry is more stable. The name of the winery reflects this practice and translates as "Carneros of the Night". Carneros della Notte is also the first producer to use a wine label that shines in the dark to better articulate the winery's unique approach to pinot noir production.
We would love to welcome you for a presentation of our cellar.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.
