Description
In a small committee, take the time to discover the history and know-how of the Bourgoin family accompanied by an enthusiast.
After a short summary of our beginnings, cross the aging cellar filled with stories and listen to the sweet murmur of the wine that rests in our barrels. Then we will explain the discovery of cognac. If you like the technical side, we will end with the approach geologist, winemaker and pedologist.
You will also be the only ones to discover our few exceptional cognacs by pushing the doors of the hidden cellar.
The highlight of the show is the tasting of all our cognac vintages (Fine Pale, Microbarrique, Brut de Fût) as well as our pineaux (young and old) and our Verjus.
