Description

For a 360° view of Château Fleur de Lisse, the visit begins in the vineyard. Accompanied by our ambassador, discover the natural cycle of the vine, the work in organic farming and the specificities of biodynamics. Then walk through the cellars to understand the process of turning grapes into wine during vinification and aging. Finish with the commented tasting of four vintages from our range. A sensory initiation experience, privileged and friendly.

At the end of the visit of the winery of Château Fleur de Lisse, you taste three wines, including one of our Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.

The tasting is accompanied by a board of ripened cheeses for the food & wine alliance.

Le millésime 2016 est une grande réussite sur Bordeaux. Si l’année commençait sous de grandes difficultés (humidité, pluies, pression des maladies), un été très sec ainsi que des pluies en septembre ont in fine produit un millésime des plus réussi, alliant fraicheur, maturité et concentration.
Cette cuvée a été vinifiée en cuve béton puis élevage de 18 mois en barriques (dont 22% de futs neufs).
