In order to accompany these wines, we asked Chef Nicolas Gobron to create a bespoke menu. Since his childhood, Nicolas has been passionate about gastronomy and cuisine. After a career as an engineer, he resumed his studies in cooking, before cooking for beautiful tables, including those in Bristol. Today, Nicolas and his wife Audrey welcome us in their restaurant in the heart of the Marais.
