Description
The objective of this activity is to understand what a wine or cava is made in organic and biodynamic culture.
During the 2 hours planned, we offer you to explain the whole process of making and tasting different wines and
to learn what sensations they convey.
Thus, we will follow step by step all the manufacturing processes that lead to obtaining a quality wine or cava.
This of course passes and to start with the vineyard: we will explain the biodynamic processes and treatments that we use to obtain a high quality
harvest: from pruning to picking. Then comes the work in the cellar: pressing, maceration, alcoholic fermentation, disgorgement, breeding.
Finally, we will finish the tasting of the final product to see the differences and aromatic nuances, and discover their different tastes and sensations.

It is possible to book brunch with 48 hours notice.
We rent bikes for 2 hours, 4 hours or during the day.
Our Wine Bar is open every Friday from 6pm.
We have a free campervan area for 4 vehicles, for a maximum of 48 hours / motorhome.

The Eudald Massana Noya winery is the result of 9 generations of the history of the Massana family, dedicated to viticulture, on a property of 30 hectares of vines located in the heart of the Penedès, in Sant Pau d'Ordal (Subirats). The different types of soils on the estate make it an ideal place for producing high quality wines and cavas. From our beginnings, we have positioned ourselves for ecological and biodynamic agriculture, transforming these two types of agriculture into a working philosophy. We only use grapes grown on our estate to develop our wines and cavas. We grow 12 different varieties: 6 white and 6 red. We have offered wine tourism activities since our beginnings. Today we have a professional team focused on the transmission of wine culture and we tailor the tours to the needs of the visitor. We offer different types of tours to discover the fascinating world of winemaking. The tours take place in the vineyard at the moment, we also have different areas where you can enjoy the tastings. We welcome motorhomes all year round and our shop is open 7 days a week. See less
