- Some time ago, an oenologist based in Tokyo had indicated that Japanese sake was intended to replace champagne as an aperitif, especially in France.

It is certain that Japanese sake, which is a fermented rice-based drink and should not be confused with Chinese sake which is a distilled rice-based alcohol, has various qualities and makes it easy to drink as an aperitif.

Moreover, most of its production is carried out, as for champagne, by small producers who operate, as a family, and since the 12th century for the oldest.

It is in this context that Dilettantes and the Dassai Sake House offers you on March 5 thrunning, at dilettantes, this cross tasting, Champagnes - Sakés, in order to make your own opinion

We're expecting a lot of you!
