Akkerdal Estate is located in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley. It is nestled between majestic mountains, breathtaking views with oak trees and the constant flow of the River Berg... a perfect territory and atmosphere for an artist to live his dream. As you head to Franschhoek, you'll notice that most of the farms still bear their original French names, some with a spectacular Dutch Cape Farm, towering oaks, and hilly vineyards.
