In 1953 the brand was created by Gilbert and Annette JOLY and their parents.

Today the operation is managed by Remy and Patricia, as well as their children Aurélien and Maximilien after having studied wine viticulture at the Lycée Viticole d'Avize. Marie, Aurélien's wife also works alongside them.
