It is a supple and fine wine, unctuous and velvety, it brings elegance and persistence in the mouth.

Colour: Fairly clear, brilliant peony pink, limpid and crystalline
Nose: Complex, intense and pleasant, floral (violet, rose petals) fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry, currant) lychee
Palate: Flattering attack, fine aromas of fresh yellow fruits, harmonious, liveliness, slightly acidulous, flattering finish on red and black stone fruits. A nice wine of gluttony and gastronomy

Domaine Grand Guilhem is an 8.8 ha family and artisanal wine estate certified in organic farming since 2004 producing wines adhering to the "natural method wines" charge (manual harvesting, fermentation using natural yeasts, no added sulphites and no other input). It has an accommodation structure in Bed and Breakfast and Charming Gîtes, with a 19th century mansion and outbuildings. Located overlooking Cascastel, a small wine-growing village of 200 inhabitants in the "Valley of Paradise", it is ideally located in the heart of the Corbières, also called Cathar country, and 25 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. 30 km south of Narbonne, 40 km north of Perpignan and 40 km south-east of Carcassonne, you will easily find on your road maps Durban-Corbières (on the D611), the nearest town offering all amenities, located 6km away.
