This specific cuvée, which comes only from our vinification center in Trigny, is made from a unique blend selected by us and composed of a part of old wine. Representative of this particular terroir so dear to our family, it is the link between the past and the future of our vineyard. Pale yellow with golden reflections. The bubbles are fine and form a durable and delicately creamy ring of foam. Very balanced, full-bodied with a distinguished finish with a nice persistence. Aromas of red fruits, cherries, evolving then on notes of candied fruits.
