Eric Verdier is an unrivaled "wine maker". He mainly vinifies two red cuvées in Provence with Virant and in the Corbières with Aumèdes and his Tuam Adoramus cuvée in (almost) pure carignan. The production is limited to a few barrels and rarely more than 3000 bottles ... in other words, confidential, but "competition" wines that we like to pass blind in the middle of some great references. ..
