Nestled in the Carcassonnais, the Domaine de Cazaban is part of the Cabardès appellation, one of the westernmost in the Languedoc. Already far from the Mediterranean, but not yet in the Black Mountain.

Our organic and biodynamic wines express much more than a country, they tell an adventure, those of people who have chosen this unusual terroir to dive their new roots.

Robe carminée à reflets violets, cette cuvée affirme une forte personnalité par sa palette aromatique de fruits noirs : cerise, myrtille, prune. La texture est gourmande et serrée, d’une harmonie réussie. La belle fraîcheur exprime pleinement les caractéristiques du terroir. Sa longue
