We are a small production winery, focusing on old world natural winemaking techniques, including 100% fermentation of indigenous yeasts. We do not put any additives in our wine and really trample each of our grapes! Come for a tasting and a visit!

The visits at 1€ mean that they are carried out free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.
In case of unforeseen events, we thank you for cancelling your visit to the platform and/ or notifying the winegrower directly.

Vineyard of the Old World... is a small family winery. Using grapes from our century-old, sustainable and organic vineyards, we create "natural wines" that reflect our family history and traditional (old world) winemaking practices in Sonoma County. The winemaker and pastoral owner, Darek Trowbridge, has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the art and science of vineyard management, grape production and natural winemaking. His passion is to invite nature in his winemaking. Its processes are simple and straightforward and eliminate the need for manufactured (man-made) chemicals.
