Description
Come and experience a unique experience in a beautiful region of Spain, by visiting our vineyards of Pago de Carraovejas.
You will walk in the vineyard, and the cellar, while being able to follow all the production process of our wines.
We will then give you a taste of several of our wines from Alma Carraovejas' various projects. You can also enjoy 5 small local culinary dishes, accompanied by a welcome wine.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.

José Maria Ruiz, founder of the vineyard, wanted to create his own wines to accompany the suckling pig, the star dish of the restaurant he owned in Segovia.
