With the utmost respect for family traditions and Mother Nature, she grows four main grape varieties, including Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
The grapes harvested manually in boxes of 19 kg, guarantee that the fruit is carefully selected before being transferred to the cellar for further processing. We encourage a visit to Ramos-Paul Winery to discover the beauty and dedication to the land.
Staff use manual methods of picking grapes in 19 kg crates, and only high quality grape clusters are transferred to the cellar for fermentation. For the storage and aging of wines, the wine cellar has French oak barrels, located in the tunnels under Acinipo.
We will then offer you a tasting of our best wines.

Visits at 1 euro means that they are made free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to assure us of the seriousness of your request and to prevent the winemaker from blocking a visiting slot unnecessarily.

The estate is located opposite Gibraltar, under the famous Roman city Acinipo. The vineyard, grown along the hillsides, benefits from the microclimate and privileged soils that are responsible for the growth and aging of quality grapes. The sufficient amount of rainfall in the region contributes to the production of lush vineyards, making Ramos-Paul Winery one of the country's first class wines. The history of the Ramos-Paul winery is centuries old, built with Roman-style architecture in the spectacular Andalusian landscape.
