The story of OPÉAN is that of three friends and a confinement in the Basque Country. In forced retreat near the waves, the observation was clear: we were tired of drinking beers that were too heavy, rosés that were too sweet and drinks with a dubious taste and ingredients. So we found a fermentation barrel, and, armed with patience, began our first brewing. After dozens of tests and hundreds of recipes, OPÉAN was born. So we decided to launch it, so that everyone could enjoy it. But not just any way: the best ingredients, a perfectly mastered brewing and natural extracts from real fruits and real plants for recipes with a light taste, validated by the mixologists of some of the most beautiful bars in Paris.
