Description
Today, the estate has 40 hectares of vines. Thanks to an ethical know-how, mixed with perseverance and patience, it is possible for Gilles and his children to work with island grape varieties such as "Rimenese", "Genovese", "Biancu Ghjentile", "Minustellu", or "Aleaticu".
Once neglected, these ancestral grape varieties have become a real duty of memory at Domaine Sant'Armettu. Very well adapted to the terroir, they offer different and singular aromas, directly borrowed from the riches of the maquis.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done in the vineyard, then that done in the winemaking to finish with the aging of the wines.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our champagnes.
We look forward to welcoming you very soon in our vineyards!

The visits at 1€ mean that they are carried out free of charge by the winemaker. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.
