Originally, the buildings of the estate housed the "Sigolsheim Mill" and its white facades and raised along the wine road, have made it a lighthouse that can be seen from far away. Four generations have succeeded each other at the head of the estate and it is Willy, grandfather of the current master of the place, who undertook and succeeded in the reconversion of the site. Daniel succeeded his father at the end of 1986 and ran the company until recently. Today, Thierry & Catherine, his wife, ensure the sustainability of the estate and perpetuate the family tradition. Thierry striving to improve the quality of the wines designed by him. He is also regularly included in the "Hachette guide", and Catherine his wife who manages the three cottages within the mill.
