Being a wine merchant is much more than a job, it is the passion for this refined product which is wine. Preparing a good wine with a unique taste is more than a job, it is an art. A good wine made with love and passion must be tasted and appreciated. Throughout the year, we meet artisanal winegrowers who have their work at heart with respect for the plant and above all without the use of oenological inputs in winemaking. They make a point of producing only natural wines without chemicals. Meetings and tastings are organized to share with the public our passion for good non-industrial wine. At the Aux Cépages d'Ermont winery, we favor content over label. For us taste is essential and this is what makes a good authentic and natural wine. We have an ethics that we always respect in order to produce only the best, without equal.
