Creator of the Brasserie Parisis, Eric set himself a new challenge in 2016 by launching the Fabrique à Alcools: to turn his passions for distillation and fine machines into a profession. After a childhood in Perche around the family still distilling apples, studying distillation in Scotland and a professional life rich in travels and experiences, it was time for him to return to his first love by taking up this challenge.
